A fabulous book and one that you should keep on your desk at all times. Practical, sensible and thoughtful. A basic guide for business women at all levels to remember and reflect on what we should do, and what obstacles we tend to put in our own way. Our male colleagues also benefit from the wisdom of this special book. Needless to say, the authors are highly experienced and I am so glad they took the time to write Breaking into the Boys Club! We continue to use and share this book year after year.

I have always loved this book, as not only is it an "easy" read, incorporating stories that we can all relate to, but it is practical. It offers tools to help women become self-aware, build their self-confidence and advance in their careers as well as to integrate into their daily lives. Breaking Into The Boys Club addresses the critical challenges that women have, and continue to be faced with in their work environments. We have "come a long way," and yet, many still have a long way to go in order to "show up" more confidently. Molly mentions Sheryl Sandberg, who has become a "household name" in reference to the importance of women "leaning in." Molly's first edition, published in 2009, addressed many of the same issues that most women are now talking about regarding impact and presence, strategic networking, promoting our talents, being politically savvy and striking that “balance” between home and work . This book is refreshed, and is not only worth reading - but is a fabulous gift for any woman who wants to be the best she can be in her business!
